Return / Exchange Policy
Items in new, unused condition with original packaging are eligible for return/exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs ($6) are the buyer's responsibility, unless the order is incorrect or damaged upon delivery. A return label will be provided on request. To initiate a return/exchange, please reply to your confirmation email, or send a return/exchange request to info@wookles.com.
Once received, a refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
If an exchange is requested, the new item will ship free of cost once the return is received.
